Hensley operates forging, machining and heat-treat cells sized for excavator undercarriage and ground-engaging tools rather than speculative whole-machine catalogs. Annual track-group and GET output is scheduled against contractor rebuild windows so fleet managers can plan rainy-season change-outs without guessing mill lead times. Every link lot leaving the plant carries hardness maps, ISO 9001 process records and a baseline rail profile that field teams can compare against later wear surveys — including track shoe width, final drive sprocket pitch and ground pressure (kPa) notes tied to the excavator operating weight class.
